Great honest work! Very reliable and trustworthy. My home was built in 1947 and after removing my aluminum siding we found a lot of water damage. James and his workers replaced everything the right way and didn’t take shortcuts. My home is beautiful and I would recommend him to everyone. -Linda
James Cox and his crew did an awesome job getting our new roof installed . From start to finish he goes over what to look for when I had hailed damage. I went to him, he's not one of those storm chasing roofers looking for jobs. After finally my wife and I decided on a color and brand of shingle, his crew came out and did an excellent job. They're very quick and efficient and did a good job cleaning up the mess and making sure all the nails were off the ground. Also makes sound decisions when it comes to weather, originally Thursday but with heavy rain in our area he pushed it back the next day. And his crew came in very early and got it done before 5pm which more more rain came into the area. I would highly recommend him for any roofing job.
Called Primo for a quote for a new roof. James came out, showed us all the options. Explained everything we needed to know. Answered all our ? We signed the contract. They came the day they were scheduled. Took 2 days. Roof looks great. No mess . No problems at all. Highly recommend this company. Called Primo Exteriors for replacement of all siding soffit and gutters on house. James responded quickly and explained everything from material options that could be done on house along with what work would be done.
